Alaafia! Welcome!

"It is your birthright to be happy, successful and loved." -Phillip & Vassa Neimark, Ifa Foundation International

You've found your way to my online space. Here, you can read about my research, my spiritual work, my career goals, my dreams, my hopes and the activist work that propels me on my path.

Who am I?

As a young man in a complex world, I wear a lot of hats. I'm a graduate student in anthropology, I'm a LGBT, environmental and feminist activist. I'm an Awo'Fa'kan in Ifa beginning training as a babalawo or diviner-priest. I decided to make this website because I was constantly asked, what do you do? What is your religion? What is a bioarchaeologist? What can you learn from studying skeletons? Can you tell me more about Orisa?

Here, you can find all the answers to your questions. Check out the menu up top if you'd like to learn a bit about me!
